POE 2: Apex Of Filth
Players can access the Apex of Filth area from the Drowned City during the Legacy of the Vaal quest.
You will then have to explore the Apex of Filth to look for the key that you need to open the Temple of Kopec.
While exploring the Apex of Filth, you will also find cravings that reveal the history of Vaal.
Additionally, you can also find three mushrooms that randomly drop when you defeat enemies in Apex of Filth.
Players need to hold onto this until they locate the Cauldron Keeper. Once you have located the Cauldron Keeper throw the mushroom into her cauldron to receive superior flasks.
Queen Of Filth In POE 2
The Queen of Filth is a key boss you encounter while exploring the Apex of Filth in Act 3. You can obtain the key to the Temple of Kopec by defeating the Queen of Filth.
She uses a massive hammer that deals Physical and Chaos-type damage and has resistance to Physical type attacks.
The boss can also summon a few waves of minions which you kill to gain flask charges to keep your health up.
Once you have defeated the boss, you will receive Temple Door Idol, Spiral Wraps, Rawhide Boots, and more.
The Temple Door Idol functions as the key to the Temple of Kopec. Finally, bring the Idol back to Alva in the Ziggurat Encampment to progress through the Legacy of the Vaal quest.
