PSP Ver 9 Layout

Is it possible to resize the various wiindows in Producer V9?
I'm using Windows 10. When I open the Slide Options window to adjust Layer Setttings the icons at the bottom of the window are hidden below my Windows task bar ribbon. There does not appear to be an option whereby I can resize the window. The only option I have is to hide my task bar which gets to be a chore when switching between applications.
Any suggestions?

Edit / Preferences / Appearance / Dialog Size / Slide Options
