The latest Anime Last Stand update introduces an exciting new game mode called Boss Rush.

The real highlight of this update is the chance to obtain a secret unit called Supreme One. However, it comes with a low drop rate of 0.75% and a pity system after 40 clears.

The Supreme One is a dark unit without any evolution. After obtaining it, you’ll notice that while it competes with other strong units, it still stands out due to its abilities.

Stat-wise, it is important to roll for good traits early to maximize its potential.

The Boss Rush shop allows you to purchase tokens, rerolls, and stat cubes, which are essential for upgrading the unit.

Unit Stats And Abilities Of Ainz In Anime Last Stand

Supreme One has some unique abilities that make it valuable for Boss Rush and other game modes:

• Undead Ability: 20% chance to turn enemies into undead units, which can assist in battles.
• Summon Strength: The summons have double the health of the enemy they are created from.
• Nuke Attack: After 15 seconds, Supreme One deals 150x damage, making it one of the strongest finishing moves.

Upgrading Supreme One is costly, with a 7.5k placement cost and requiring up to 2.5 million to max out.

However, it eventually gains a hybrid ability and can deal 44 million damage at higher levels.

These stats make it a formidable unit, but its long SPA (attack cooldown) remains a challenge.

Rolling For Traits

Traits can significantly enhance Supreme One’s performance.

While grinding, traits like Overlord or Avatar Glitch are highly recommended, as they dramatically increase placement damage and overall stats.

Even without 4x rates, it is worth rolling for traits to make Supreme One more effective, especially in endgame content like Boss Rush.
