Collect The Lore Item Old Intelligence Report In Throne And Liberty
You can open the Codex tab directly by pressing J or access it from the main menu after pressing F10. It consists of three tabs: Adventure, Exploration, and Collection.
The Adventure tab records your progress in the main story’s quest line and provides rewards.
Similarly, the Exploration tab keeps records of region-specific side quests. Each side quest in the Region follows the objectives necessary to complete them.

The Collection section is where you find the various lore objects you collect throughout the game.
In the various regions, you can see pages or books you can interact with. Once you collect them, you will add them to the Collection section.
Similarly, Old Intelligence Records are the pages you will find while exploring various regions. You must add them to your collection, which carries a significance of how the world was crafted.
As you collect the pages, you can find them in the Collection section naming Old Intelligence Record 61-2, 63-7, 75-4, 89-1, and many more.
The records are spread all over the regions however you can trace the location of a few record through this article.
Old Intelligence Record 61-2
The Old Intelligence Record 61-2 is near Kastleton, the main part of the town. You can set your location towards the right at the intersection point on the map.
From the location you can see a stone door and you must get out of it and head towards the bridge.
The page is at the entrance of the bridge.
Old Intelligence Record 63-7
This page is also in the Kastleton. You must climb towards the lighthouse to collect the page.
As the game features role-playing, you can transform into a panther to travel faster on the hills. Follow the directions on the map to reach your destination.
The page is near the root of the tree at the location.
Old Intelligence Record 89-1
You must travel to Iskale’s Hill to collect another collectible record near Kastleton. The page is on the top of the stone, where you must fly, transforming yourself.
There, you can jump fly from a higher stone to easily access the page.
Old Intelligence Record 91-3
The Old Intelligence Record 91-3 is easy to collect as it is in the main town. You can head towards the Sundries Merchant and stand behind him.
There, on the table, you will find the fallen paper, which is your next collectible item.
Similarly, there are other items that lore you the Throne and Liberty, such as Oath of Resistance, Missing person, Purelight Tower History Tome, etc.
Old Intelligence Record 75-4, Old Intelligence Record 112-6, and Old Intelligence Record 122-3 are other records that you can add to your collection upon exploring the game world.
However, the number of records might increase as you explore every region of the game.
