To get these shoes, visit Marques Boutique, which is also located in the Florawish town center.
Inside the boutique, you can browse the different clothing items available. Go to the Shoes section to find the Floral Stroll Shoes.
These shoes are laced-up sandals with flowers decorating them. Their description mentions being careful where you walk, which is exactly what Narci needs.

Once you’ve purchased the Floral Stroll Shoes, you must equip them.
You can open your inventory, find the shoes, and wear them. After equipping the shoes, return to Narci in her flower field and speak with her again.
