- The Medallion Valley of the Titans quest can also begin if you stumble upon one of the relics while exploring the regions.

The Ancient Vows quest can begin in one of two ways such as discovering the altar in the Medallion Valley of the Titans
You can also begin it by finding one of the relics needed to complete it. Your goal is to collect two relics from separate locations and place them on the altar.
Completing this quest grants you a choice between two permanent bonuses, enhancing your character’s performance.
Starting The Quest In Medallion Valley Of The Titans
The quest officially begins when you find the altar in the Medallion Valley of the Titans.
The altar is usually located on the outskirts of the map and will prompt you to search for two relics.
Alternatively, the quest can start if you randomly find one of the relics while exploring.
Collecting The Relics
To complete the quest, you need to collect two relics, each located in a different region:
- Bone Pits in Mastodon Badlands Head to the Mastodon Badlands and locate the Bone Pits. Inside, defeat groups of hyena enemies. The first relic will drop randomly after killing a few packs. It’s not guaranteed immediately, but it shouldn’t take too long.
- Keth Region Travel to Keth and search for snake enemies called Nagis. Eliminate these snake mobs until the second relic drops. Like the first relic, this drop is random but fairly common.
Placing The Relics On The Altar In Medallion Valley Of The Titans
After collecting both relics, return to the Medallion Valley of the Titans and locate the altar:
- Stand near the altar.
- Open your inventory.
- Hold the ALT key and left-click the relic.
- Drag the relic onto the altar.
Repeat the same process for the second relic. Holding the ALT key is crucial; otherwise, you won’t be able to place the items.
Choosing Your Reward
Once both relics are placed on the altar, you’ll be prompted to choose one of two permanent bonuses:
- 30% Increased Charm Charges
- 15% Mana Recovery from Flasks
Select the bonus that best suits your character’s build. You can revisit the altar later if you decide to switch between these rewards.
