This side quest was assigned by Velly, who is looking for Woolfruit Growth outerwear.
Players can obtain outerwear from the Marques Boutique for 4300 Bling in the central area of Florawish.
After this, players just need to talk to Velly while wearing outerwear to complete the quest.
