Get Mythical Armor From Mount Huaguo In Black Myth: Wukong

Black Myth: Wukong features multiple locations with numerous bosses that players can explore throughout the game.

The Yaoguai Chief, Yaoguai King, and Character are different types of Bosses, each with unique attacking skills and abilities.

Mount Huaguo in Wukong Chapter 6 offers mythical armor and a Jingubang weapon upon defeating the bosses.

Defeat Bosses In Mount Huaguo To Unlock Jingubang

Mount Huaguo is a location in Chapter 6 of Black Myth: Wukong. You can explore this location in Somersault Cloud, which you obtained by defeating the boss, Supreme Inspector.

Somersault Cloud, also termed Flying Nimbus, helps you fly and explore Mount Huaguo. The region is more expansive than previous regions with invisible boundaries.

Here, you will fight bosses, Gold Armored Rhino, Cloudtreading Deer, Feng-Tail General, Emerald-Armed Mentis, and finally Water Curtain Cave.

Once you defeat all these bosses, you will be able to collect the Mythical Armor.

Gold Armored Rhino

To locate the Gold Armored Rhino, travel in the right direction from where you armed Somersault Cloud. After a specific time in the air, you will see the battlefield where you need to land.

After a cutscene, a one-horned rhino with a long and shiny horn appears before you. Defeat the rhino with your attacking skills. To make victory over the rhino, you must stagger its horn with a heavy attack.

You will be rewarded with Gold Suozi Armor on defeating the Gold Armored Rhino. The armor increases the defense and may grant a magical effect, too.

Cloudtreading Deer

Cloudtreading Deer is in the Deer Sight Forest on the northern side of Rhino Watch Slope. The forest is a snow-covered plateau with a large tree in the center.

Defeating this boss is quite frustrating compared to others in this chapter. Boss uses Frost Attacks to slow you down, hampering your mobility.

You will receive a pair of Mythical Leg Armor: Lotus Silk Cloudtreaders upon the boss’s defeat.

Feng-Tail General

Feng-Tail General is the next boss you must defeat to arm Wukong’s armor set. Before you go, make sure you have 300+ Stamina and a Fireproof Mantle Vessel.

This vessel can be collected from Chapter 1’s secret location, the Ancient Guanyin Temple, unlocked after ringing all three bells.

Use Somersault Cloud to ascend the mountain’s top. Land on Feng-Tail’s body and interact with its antennas three times for three jumps.

Now, equip the Fireproof Mantle Vessel and interact with the antennas again. The boss will set its antenna on fire, and you will be equipped with a Golden Fen-Tail Crown.

This crown is one of the items to complete your Mythical Armor’s set. Now you have 2 more bosses to defeat.

Emeral-Armed Mantis

Use your Somersault Cloud and head towards the west. The area is entirely of green leaves, except for one tree with orange leaves.

Land near Zhu Bajie, who is under the tree. He has accidentally swallowed a Mantis, a murderous insect.

You can’t directly defeat Mantis there. You need to go inside Zhu Bajie’s body with his help, minimizing your character size as a tiny insect.

Inside there, you need to attack Mantis in two phases. Be careful, as its attack can easily rip off you. On successful defeat, you can collect Dian-Cui Loong-Soaring Bracers.

These are the pieces of armor worn on the arms. It increases defensive capability and may have a magical effect.

Water Curtain Cave

Now it’s time for your mythical weapon in Mount Huaguo in Black Myth: Wukong Chapter 6. You don’t need to defeat any boss here, but all armor pieces must be with you to collect this weapon.

On Somersault Cloud, travel to Water Curtain Cave on the northern side of Mantis-Catching Swamp. You are ejected once you enter that area and must travel on foot to enter the cave.

Upon reaching the cave, in the cutscene, Zhu Bajie speaks for a few moments, and you can keep your hands on the weapon.

An earthquake occurs in the cutscene while you eject the weapon submerged in rocks.

You will receive the Guardian Of Gear achievement after getting the mythical armor set and Jingubang.
