Blue Belt	Saikeirei Quest	Have another player drop a fruit for you, then return it back to them.
Black Belt	Ryu to Ittai Quest	Complete the Prehistoric Island event.

After the completion of all the quests for the belts, players will receive access to the Dragon Wizard.
