How To Defeat Monk From The Sea In Chapter 3
Yaoguai Chief: Monk From The Sea is the boss in Chapter 3, located at the New Thunderclap Temple in Temple Entrance.
You must start your journey from the Temple Entrance Shrine to locate the enemy faster. Further, you should head towards the ramp and start climbing until you encounter a couple of guards.
To reach the boss’ spawn area, you should take a right and enter through the large door in the snowy area.
The Monk From The Sea has two tentacles, the boss’ form of attack. Although the boss’s attack is entirely predictable, it can cause greater damage if you can’t dodge the attacks quickly.
Tentacles are capable of long-range attacks but don’t cause much damage to HP. To defeat the boss, use proper defensive skills.
Defeat The Boss For Hoarfrost Transformation
The boss may attack you with a cube of ice from the ground as well; hence, try playing passive and wait for the crucial time to deploy an attack. When the boss spins, you can dodge it to avoid being hit by tentacles.
You can immobilize with their most vital skill to counter the attack, use the Spell Binder Spell, and dodge against the attack to protect HP.
Once you beat Monk from the Sea, you will obtain a Hoarfrost Transformation Spell as a reward.
Using the spell, you can transform yourself into the Monk From The Sea appearance and use his attacking skills, including tentacle attack, ice throws, charged slam, and Stomp.
