Layer Scroll Unroll
To All -
I have the following setup: My background image is a workbench (items lying on it include a ruler, compass, etc.). My only graphic, a single layer, is of a blueprint.
Either through a transition or a style, I would like the rolled-up blueprint to unroll across the background (preferably from left to right) to become a flat rectangle in the middle two-thirds of the screen, displaying the blueprint itself.
So far I have not been able to do so because the similar PSP-included transitions (such as scroll and page peel) scroll the entire page (image plus blueprint). That effect is beautiful but not the same as what I want, i.e., a rolled-up document that unrolls across the background screen.
Does anyone know if that effect is included anywhere in the PSP set of styles/transitions? Is it available through a third-person party? Please let me know--I'm sure it would add greatly to my presentation!
Thanks in advance!

Re: Layer Scroll Unroll
I was the first to create this effect in PSP. It's relatively simple but requires a bit of facility with the program. It's a bit of masking and some keyframing. Contact me for specifics if you're interested. My RollUp RollDown transitions (they were simply effects prior to v4) were the first to demonstrate this effect. '

They're adaptable to any portion of the screen (that is, need not take up the entire screen), you just have to know how to adapt it...

Re: Layer Scroll Unroll
Or maybe something like this:
I tried to stick to the description that you gave.
Instead of my picture with the flowers, you will have your blueprint.
I used one of the backgrounds that come with Producer. You can use your own picture, of course.
Let me know if you want this as a slide style and I'll post a link to download it.

Dale & Mona -
Thank you for your quick replies!
Suddenly there're more options than I can handle, but Mona, I think your sample best fits what I need for the show.
Yes, could you let me know how to download that transition (style?)?
Thanks again to both of you.
Mona, do you need me to e-mail you about downloading? Please let me know.
