Can not get into ProShow Gold

I'm in the middle of putting together a slide show, and now can't get back into ProShow Gold. The startup screen will show up for just a second or two, then it's gone. The taskbar shows that I've opened it, but clicking on that does nothing. I have saved the show as I've gone along, but can't get into that either.

My problem has been resolved thanks to ProShow Support. Did a full reset.
