Full picture not showing

Hi,

I am a raw rookie here...using ProShow Web app on iPad. I have created a slide show however a few pictures taken from my Photos folder are not showing the top of the picture when the slide show plays...I.e. Top of heads are cut off.

Does anyone know what I need to do to resolve this.

Sounds like a slide style was applied to a portrait aspect image meant for a landscape aspect image. Usually the user would choose a different style for the type of image in ProShow. But without the aid of the program itself, I'm not sure how much customizing can be done via iPad unless one can choose a theme meant for portraits specifically.

Someone else may have a better solution. I don't use the web product much because the same can be done and more within the program itself but only using a Windows OS computer.
