Select all captions on one slide
Hello,
New here. I searched and searched and can't find a way to select all text on one slide. Say you have 10 names on a slide (on 10 different layers, identifying people) and change your mind and want them all to be a height of 8 instead of 12, how do you select them all at once? Otherwise, you have to change them separately. You would think a ctrl+a would work, but it doesn't. Thanks for any replies and of course, I'll probably find a solution in the meantime.

Re: Select all captions on one slide
Hi and welcome to the forum !
ProShow does not work in the same way as a word processor (MS Word ).
In Caption Settings, RIGHT click on the size (on the number itself).
This will bring up a new menu, with several copying options.
Choose: "Copy size to all captions on this slide".
This right click is a very useful feature, and you should familiarize yourself with it, because this is how you can copy everything else too. All the other values can be copied in this way too, either to all the layers on that slide, or to other slides.

Re: Select all captions on one slide
Thank you so much, Cherub. Also for your fast response. I thought I had clicked on everything on a slide, but missed right clicking on the size itself. Will save a lot of time when changing multiple caption sizes.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
