soundtrack problem

Postby Lenora » Sun May 05, 2013 1:45 pm

I pulled up an old psg slide show and one of the songs was missing so I added a song but on the soundtrack it looks like it is overlapping the previous song. There is a Red over green on the soundtrack. so it looks like the 2 songs are playing at the same time.

Press the TAB key to switch to 'timeline' view.
Hover the mouse cursor over the second soundtrack, press the left mouse button and drag the soundtrack sideways to get rid of the 'red' overlap.
If you have following soundtracks you may have to do the same again later in the show.
Press TAB again will take you back to slide view.

Note you may find that the sound track cuts off at the end of your show and slide times will have to be adjusted.

Note when you are in timeline view and you left button press little boxes appear at the corners of the soundtrack so that starts, finishes and fades can be adjusted. Think this works with Gold, same as Pro.

Check to see if you have a slide sound, which is a sound file that's placed inside the slide as opposed to down in the "normal" soundtrack area. A slide sound always shows up as red down in the soundtrack. (The slide will have a little speaker icon in it.)
