PSP Crashing

I have a ProShow Producer slideshow which has started to crash PSP when I try to create an executable show. Where do I start to find out what is causing this. It creates a DVD ok. It was working ok a little while ago but I have done several changes to images since.

Have a read of this thread viewtopic.php?f=10&t=6262 .
The section of interest is that near the bottom, headed Version 4. This gives the name of two files that can safely be deleted, they will be recreated when Proshow is reopened. These files can become corrupt and cause no end of program 'hangs'.
This is always the first thing to try.
