Missing files when downloading from Lightroom

Hiya all,
Missing files when downloading from Lightroom.
When i have sorted my shoots in Lightroom i can download them into Proshow as a complete show...or so it says !!
after I've downloaded them and ProShow kicks up it says the files are missing. I point to where the files have been saved but then have to individually select each one which takes forever.
Is there some setting I'm failing to tick or some process I'm missing. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm a newbie at this but I've searched as best i can on the forum and cannot find any related articles to me question.
