Manually Advance Slideshow (DVD/VCD)
Hello! Say, Is there any way to create a DVD or VCD Slideshow that you can manually advance with say your DVD player's remote? I tried to raise the transition time to a high number and it eats up all the room on the DVD. Any help Really Appreciated. Thanks in advance!

You can use your DVD remote to pause and restart it, but there's no function that does exactly what you want. If you're looking for a way to just flip through some pictures I'd look into whether your DVD player can do a simple slide show of JPG images--if may or may not have that kind of control.
Alternatively, you might want to look into hooking a laptop up to the TV to display the pictures. Lots of image viewers would let you just step through a folder of images on the laptop.

Great advice Dick! I'll try to see if the DVD player is the answer first. Thank you again!
