Another laptop issue

I am beginning to think I am a jinx.
I exchanged my new laptop that had the horrible audio issue.
Now the new one won't stay connected to my wireless router.
The other one did just fine on that issue. And this one is hooked up just the same.

Any ideas why my new laptop is having these connection issues????

I'm no expert on this, but if you can change the channel that it tries to connect on, try that.

I connected one for my daughter just before Christmas. The signal strength was real low and kept dropping connection. Changed to one a couple of channels away and got over 90% signal strength.

I am no good at this technical stuff.
My daughter in law set the router up for me.
