Weird messages while trying to post

Postby HunnyB » Mon Dec 17, 2007 5:55 pm

Anyone else having weird messages popping up while
on the forum :?: Like: session is over, can't post so soon after something another.........????
I had another one that I can't remember now what it said.
This just starting happening since the site came back on line.

Gosh, Hunny, you've deteriorated since you turned 50. :!:

No, not a single problem here. Nothing like what you're describing.

Well, I saw 50 a while back but I'm still sentient enough :D to say that I have seen the same or a similar message more than once.

I like to use the "View Messages since Last Visit" option and it seems that I will get a message about not being able to do a search so soon after the last one, about 1/2 the time now. Never had that happen before the switchover. But if I select the view option again it seems to work OK after 1 or 2 tries.

it was "moved" to here?????
I did not do it. Weird things going on.'
I just got another message saying I could not post so soon after posting one.
But it posted it anyway. :?: :?: :?:

HunnyB

I guess Mike moved it as it, is forum related and not PSG or PSP related post, to a more appropriate section.

He is all powerful and can do that

Not sure what's happening when you get a message stating that you can't post again so quickly, yet it posts anyways. Due to restrictions within the software to try and keep the servers from being overloaded, and to prevent spammers from doing their thing, their is a small wait that is in place between posting new messages and doing searches. It's a very small wait, so be patient. :D

I moved your post since it wasn't related to the ProShow products. It has to do with the forum itself, and this is the best place to handle such things. Sorry for the confusion.

After I posted I figured Mike had moved it. It never happened to me
before and I was just curious. Good job Mike for keeping us all straight!!!!

Merry Christmas to all.
