Not A ProShow Presentation...

Postby alcain » Mon Aug 27, 2007 10:50 am

Hi folks... I came accross this Utube clip and after I watched it, there was a genuine tear in my eye and goosbumps on my arms. It was not done with Proshow (Sorry about this thread to a non-proshow product), but... it is an amazing 4 minute clip. I have never heard of this man until a few minutes ago, but I plan on learning a bit more about him. If you like amazing music (and don't mind 2 minutes of opera), this show will blow you away. The man is a cell phone salesman in England - just an ordinary Joe (or, Paul). I just thought some of you might like to see it.

Note how the video was put together. The shots of the recording equiptment, the pan to the audience, the expressions and the mood of the show. We can all learn from this technique...
Using Producer V4, PS CS5, and the Nikon D80, D90 & D7000 for all of my professional work.

And now abideth faith, hope and love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

Outstanding performer....

Kind of think they will make a commercial using the ... "can you hear me now"....

Fantastic...

The other video clips of him winning are great also...

Thanks for sharing...

As one of the judges said "It gave me "goose pimples" ! Did anyone happen to see the little girl contestant sing "Somewhere over the Rainbow" ? She was amazing too! She showed a lot of poise for a six (I think) year old... That talent put the American version of Idol to shame!!!! Loulou

Wow is right! Amazing voice to be hidden all these years. I took note of the techniques too, but had to play it twice since I got so involved with his voice.
Thanks,
Jerry

This was absolutely inspiring. I must have watched it 10 times. It is heartwarming and just makes you feel good.
Thanks so much for sharing this. I encourage everyone to watch. It has nothing to do with Pro Show directly but after you see it, you won't care.

Thanks again,
