Does anyone have, or know where i might be able to find a sound effect to put to out-takes or bloopers, kind of like a film projector bleep sound?
if that makes any sense lol

Not sure just what kind of sound you're looking for but here are two sites you can look for it -- figuring out what words to use to describe it may be the big challenge,

http://www.findsounds.com/types.html

Hope that helps a little anyway --

Sound effects are like things in the hardware store -- the first thing
to learn is just because it says "beep" or "water pipe" doesn't mean
you have to use it that way. Trick is to snoop around with an open
mind - it may be a tire squeel fits perfectly for that sound you want
from the little kid with his mouth open :D
Glad you found what you were looking for.
