Presenter vs Mozilla

Postby billharden » Mon Jul 23, 2007 1:47 pm

I am having a lot of people tell me that when they try to open a show using Firefox, the plug-in icon does not respond to the request to download the Presenter files.
Please advise. Thanks Bill

Not very helpful but it worked fine for me. Haven't see that behavior.

Maybe this over states the obvious but it only happens IF someone doesn't have the Presenter already installed.
Thanks for checking.

They might have security settings set in a way that they aren't able to install the plug-in. Other than that, I'm not sure what might be happening. I have Firefox and uninstalled Presenter and then tried to watch a show. The plug-in prompt worked and installed without a problem.

Thanks for your efforts guys. I have decided to tell people if they are having a problem with one browser, to simply try to open the plugin with another.
Thanks again.
