HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BRIAN!
Hey, everyone, it's Brian's (clown by birth) big day. He just turned 10 years old. Imagine that!

Re: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BRIAN!
I don't know about being 10 years old, but wish I was 10 years younger!
Thanks for all the good wishes guys.
74 this year, and to think next year will see me 3/4 of a century
Best thing today, I now have a 2TB USB3 backup drive. I know how to drop hints ... buy it yourself and then say this is what you are giving me for my birthday
Also going to take out a subscription to Ancestry.com, must get back to the family tree this winter.

The big problem with visiting the family tree is finding out what kinds of monkeys and nuts are in the tree

Yes, it can bring out the wierd and wonderful. I've only looked at direct ancestors so far, now I need to spread into their families. Already have a suicide, but he was in his 80's.

Re: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BRIAN!
While digging into my own ancestry, I discovered a number of family tales that proved stories are often more interesting than the truth, which led to the conclusion that I come from a long line of fabricators.
