Need adwice about digital photoframes.

Hi again
The question this time is:
If I want to show one of my slideshows on a digital photoframe, what size do you recomend if you want the best representation? ( It is also best if the frame have its own speakers, and is capable of showing a show about ten to 15 minutes long without conection to any PC .
If the frame is to small, it will not give a good representation I think. and if it is to large it would be to expensive.
So what is your sugestions?
It would also be nice if you could give the size in inches and the screens hight and width. ( This is because I am not so experienced with screen sizes onle in inshes that is mesured diagonal on the screen.
