FPVP: PAIRS
This is my second release of effects ... long anticipated but delayed. These effects arose out of an attempt to create a demo on how to use my FPVP Tools. While the effect didn't make it into the final demo for using my tools, I liked the effect so much I made them into a set for release to the public. They are engaging visually. They provide a clean and compelling presentation of your portrait (tall) or landscape (wide) images.
In these effects, two side-by-side tall images each split into 2 vertical strips. These strips swap places with each other, becoming a different set of images on the opposite side of the screen from where those initial strips started. The split and recombination of the strips is unique. The wide images break up into 4 horizontal strips that swap places to form a new wide image in place of the previous one. Again, the process of splitting up and recombining the strips is unique.
The effects are provided in 2:3 and 3:4 aspects (tall) and 3:2 and 4:3 (wide) aspects. Take your tall or wide images and crop them accordingly for use in the desired effect's aspect. If you have a wide image that has a section that would look great in tall format ... crop that wide image into a tall image (2:3 or 3:4 aspect). If you have a tall image that has an area that would look great in a tall setting, crop that tall image to reveal the section you want to display (in 3:2 or 4:3 aspect). You'll like what you see!
Use with ProShow Producer v5+ in Widescreen (16:9 aspect) Shows. There are 8 effects in all.
