Butterfly brain

Postby BarbaraC » Tue Dec 01, 2009 2:14 pm

How difficult could it be, I thought, to build ten frames composed of lace and butterflies? The answer is: exceedingly difficult. It's days and days later, and now I'm here all bleary-eyed and flappy-brained. Normally, I announce new products in the newsletter, but in celebration of seeing this one all the way through, I'm announcing it early. Please go see my most recent flapdoodle: BUTTERFLY LACE

Barbara...

I just turned my back for a few days and you have loaded your site with Christmas stuff!! Nice.

You are one busy lady! I love the Santanimals.

Be well, enjoy!

And there are more Christmas sets in the works. I simply needed a rest from it, and that's why I thought lace was a totally brilliant idea. :(

The "Santanimals" were sheer joy to make, and I ended up having to force myself to stop. I mean, I'm a grownup, right? What am I doing, playing with fluffy little things in Santa hats?

Guess I will have to check in more often. :-)

AND... growing up does not mean you have to stop playing does it? If it does, I am going on strike right now and starting to count backwards FAST even... maybe a year per week or day even.... Can't stand the thought of not playing. :-)

Enjoy!

Thank you, ladies! And if you ever catch wind of my thinking about itty-bitty intricate things, please send me a cyber smack upside the head. :(

Pick my brain? Jan, do you really want to venture through the gates of the funny farm?
