output on website is blurry plz help!

Hi all. Hope you have enjoyed the long weekend. I have a question that I just know someone on here will be kind enough to help me with.
I do Memorial Tributes for a local funeral home. I have to use WMV format to put the shows on their website. My problem is that I keep trying different settings (been working on it all day) but the show is still blurry and pixelated. What in the world am I doing wrong? Here is what I am using:
Windows Vista
Producer vs 4
I have a 8.55 MB show and am using these settings:
When I go to Create Output I choose Video File
Then I choose Type:Custom
Format: Windows Media
Compression: Video for 56k modem
Resolution: 320 x 240
Framerate: 30.00
Aspect ratio: 4x3
Rotation: no rotation
Encoding: Normal Quality
Desaturation: 80%
Anti-Flicker is checked
Color Profile is not checked.

What oh what am I doing wrong? Someone please help - I am threatening to throw my computer out the window! :( Thanks so much!

You could try rendering to an avi file and then use a convertor to convert the avi to windows media ...
I have used "Any Converter" which has a free version and seems to work ok.

Use 768k or 1.5m for broadband and high quality.

Not that many people are still using 56k modems. That setting will make a very small file size and consequently the quality will be poor compared to what you're used to seeing. You should be catering to what the majority of people use these days, which is broadband.

If you're not locked in to the 320x240 I would also suggest making it 640x480.
