Changing Motion Control settings

How do I change the Motion Controls from Green to Red
in Producer.

I downloaded the Word Document file at

and in it he mentions:
The next critical step is to change the motion controls to red, i.e. manual. If these controls are green, click on each of them until they change to red (manual). Don’t forget the Auto/Manual button to the right of the Pan. Make sure that BOTH sets of motion controls are set to red (manual).

I have tried clicking on these but can not
get them to change.

Are they preset?

Can anyone tell me if they can be changed?

In the Producer new version (3.1) they go from green to yellow instead of red
This is done by clicking on the little green sign.
This function is only available in a slide where you have more than 2 keyframes.
