Help with Output setting for Flash

I am just getting started with Proshow gold and creating slideshows for general viewing on real estate sites. Looking for some guide lines regarding resolution, size and bit rate. I am thinking I may have to offer links to two different downloads...broadband and dialup? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. The shows look great on my screen and DVD output, but I have cable and I want to avoid a long buffering period for average viewers.
