I think the problem is getting solved. I am in the clear !
No need for proxy anymore, at least for me.

Issue resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience and lack of information. As most know, my access was limited and I've spent a majority of my time dealing with tech support and security departments trying to get this worked out. I'm glad it appears to be over.
