Missing slides
When I view my show, either directly from my pc or on the internet (with the pc I created it on - Running Vista 32 bit) everything is perfect. If I run the show on another pc (running XP) some of the slides are missing completely - shows a grey screen or in some instances - some of the layers are missing. It's been uploaded in binary using WS-FTP. There are Flash versions of the same show and they all work fine.
Has anyone come across this before and if so, what's the problem. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

How are you "viewing your show" ?? Is this an .exe file you
have created that you are viewing on your pc(s) or are you
trying to view it as a preview with Producer ??
If it is an exe, I have no idea why some would not show
unless there is some sort of issue with the drivers for the
video card. If you are trying to watch it as a "preview"
from within producer, are any of those files on a network
drive or possibly a permission issue ??

I'm viewing the px file directly from the upload folder (so I know that it's correct before I upload it)
Once it is uploaded I view the show on the web. Using the pc that created and uploaded the files there is no problem viewing. Using another pc shows up the problems. The files are all in the same folder and there are no networks or permission problems.
Thanks

Once it has been converted to a px file, it should be independant
of any other files (image source etc.). If you are seeing the
px file missing slides on one computer, but the SAME px file
on another shows all the slides, I would suspect a possible problem
with the video card drivers. Make sure you have the latest drivers
for the video card installed (you do have the same version of
"Presenter" installed on both machines right ??)

First of all, plays fine for me all the way through, no missing frames.
Couple of comments, I know you did not ask for C&C, but, agree on the amount of pan and zooms are too many. My other pet hate is a still photo that goes into a fade transition to a zoom of the same photo. This occurs in at least one occasion (the view looking down on the bride and zoom to the couple). This should be a cut transition, looks a great deal smoother then.
