Trying to split an audio file.

I'm trying to split an audio file in PSP9 so I can add a file in between the file. I go to the "Split track here". It splits the file into green and blue, however the green and blue files move together. Can't get them to separate. I know I've done this before and had no problems. Seems like it was simple so I can't understand what's the problem now.

Clic on the blue part and use Ctrl with mouse down to drag this part to the rigth
