Unable to view videos on Proshow Entusiasts

I am unable to view videos if they are on sample shows on Proshow Enthusiasts on PSP. It keeps asking me to download the newest presenter. I do that and run it and then it asks me to do it again and again, etc. I am able to view all other slide shows in Proshow Enthusiasts when they are posted on YouTube or Vimeo. I am using the latest version of PS7, Windows 10. This problem happened a while ago (I just lived with it) before I upgraded to Windows 10 and before I upgraded to PS7, hoping to solve the problem. Didn't help. Checked my puter's preferences etc. Nothing looks out of whack.

This is not life threatening--just that I cannot view those particular videos if posted direct on PSP.

Have you checked your Firewall settings to make sure Presenter is allowed to run?
