How can we troubleshoot you, when we don't know what template you downloaded, how it was made, and what you did in order to save a style ?

How about if you address your question directly to the person who made that template instead of asking open questions here?

Not knowing anything about the template itself and where you got it certainly makes it difficult to troubleshoot, but if you've selected a slide and properly created the style, in particular understanding replaceable and non-replaceable files, and then made sure to apply it to a slide of the proper duration, it should work.

Mona,

The author of the template would most probably be the person to respond to first. They'll have insight concerning the template that the rest of us don't have ... tho, with a little more information, we might hazard a guess as to what's going on. The problem might not be the template, as Barbara intimated. It might be in knowing how you went about creating the slide style. Without that information, anything else is a shot in the dark... a guess, a WAG (wild ass guess).

You know, there is an old and famous Jewish proverb, that says:
"More than the calf wishes to suck does the cow yearn to suckle"

I think the original poster may have left us. If you click on her name, there is no such member.

Intent perhaps, little else. Mona's welcoming resulted in a deleted membership.
