Panning without smooting ?

Postby carlor » Sun Oct 19, 2014 5:47 am

I am a new user of PSP6 but have some experience from programs like Adobe Premiere and After Effects etc.
I am trying to create a panning without "smoothing". In other words have the same speed throughout the panning, even when starting and stopping.
PSP 6 has a Curve setting slider from 0 -100%, but I can’t see any noticeable effect. What am I doing wrong?
(My English is rusty, but I hope I make myself understood)

Choose linear movement, as opposed to accelerate or decelerate, which should move the layer at the same speed from beginning to end.

Click on the words "Pan Smooth" . This will open a small menu where you can choose "Linear" instead of Smooth.

Thanks for jumping in to clarify Mona. I don't have my computer on. When I replied, I couldn't remember the exact steps. =o)
