Unable to create file

I am getting an error message when I try to create a file for either Youtube or FB. Message says...."....Prowshow Producer device.dll is either not designed to run on windows or contains and error...." I am using Producer 5 and have never had this problem before and have a customer wanting these formats? Not sure what the problem is and how to fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I don't know what may be causing this error.

Are you getting the error when you try to upload to YouTube and/or FB from Producer?
Or are you trying to save the video files on your computer in these formats, and that's when you get the error message?

I never got that far...when I hit the create button the error message pops up.

Have you tried the usual troubleshooting methods?

Reboot your computer
or
Close the program, and in Windows:
Delete the files proshow.phd and proshow.cfg from the program directory.
or
Reinstall the program with the security programs disabled

You may also want to call the service dept. at Photodex.
