Produced .exe is illegal

Postby helmut » Mon Feb 03, 2014 9:11 am

In PSP 6-3397 under Win7 created .exe do not run, message is that exe is illegal. 3397 is a purchase upgrade from v5.
Interesting is that the same Show under the same operating System on another PC is produced correctly.
Any ideas?

You might try contacting Photodex about the issue since they're the ones who manage purchase and registration of the software.

We did find a bug some time ago that if the exe is over 1.2 gigs or something like that, it did not get written correctly to the DVD. I don't know if that one has been fixed yet (Photodex is aware of the issue and has it logged). If that is not what you are running into, I have not seen the issue before. Definitely agree with Debbie on contacting them for assistance on the issue.
