Re: OMG! Can't Open Important Project!!
Actually this time it loaded and then the program shut down.
Luckily I saved it twice with a 2 in the second one's file name and that one opened.
I still have to replace the missing files but I did a lot of them last nite and there are maybe only 8 more.
Of course, I have to do the transitions and styles all over again.
But the show played fine. Whew! I am so relieved but I don't want to ever have to go through that again.
So now, my question is when I am finished revising this show should I do the collect thing and put it in a new folder again?
Should I do that for all future shows?

Bet you're heaving great sighs of relief!
Yes, whenever you're done with a show, collect the show into a brand-new folder. I often do this while working on a show just to clear out the junk. Oh, and don't forget to back it up when everything is complete.

Re: OMG! Can't Open Important Project!!
I hit the collect button over and over and created five new folders last night lol.
It is somewhat inconvenient and extra time. I wish I could just hit the save button like a normal program.
But better to be safe then sorry and I'm so paranoid now.
THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!
What a great bunch of people. I am really thrilled I discovered this site. There are no others like it.
Thanks Again!!!!!!
