creating a mov.file

Postby dtpitts » Wed Apr 24, 2013 8:55 am

I have created a memorial show to be played at a church service tomorrow... and I have just jumped back into creating a show for this special request from a dear friend. Upgraded to version 5 and have finally completed the show. Now, the church is requesting a mov.file. Any suggestions on how to create this type of file? My head is still spinning with the new changes of version 5.

Any help is appreciated!!

Teresa

Hi Teresa,

Welcome to v5 :D
You need to have Quick Time Player installed in your PC to create .mov video clips.
Open you show in Producer
Select “PUBLISH” tab
In the Publishing Formats list double click on Custom Video File, the Advance Video Creation window will open, select the following:
“type” custom
in format setting:
“format” Quick Time > select desired compression etc.

These instructions should get you there.

Good luck,
Amicalement, Jean-Paul
