there is no sound on preview show

hello
i have Problem with the sound on preview show.
i create a show with proshow producer 5.0.3206 and put video file in it .
the last time i work on this show, i heard the sound fine, but now when i want to continue to work on the show i cant hear the sound.
i check another show that i finish and was fine , and in that show i cant hear nothing, not video sound and no music sound.
all sound in the computer are workink fine, and restar the computer did not help.
this is not the first time that it happen, but usually restart solve the problem .

what can i do to solve it ?

i wiil appreciate your help.

Make sure your audio soundtrack's "Master Volume" hasn't some how been turned all the way to "Off"

the volume is o.k so that is not the problem.

it suprise me that this happen from time to time without somthing that i am doing or not doing.

Sorry this didn't solve your problem.

If you can't resolve the sound issue you might want to call Photodex and have them troubleshoot with you
