delay between picture and sound (ProShow Producer 5)
Hi sorry for my bad English
why do an edition (ProShow Producer 5) in the edition is perfect.
later.
when I make the video file
wrong synchronized video with audio
example
I love the sound image =.
in editing this music (beat sounds) goes picture1 + (beat sounds) goes picture2
When you created the video
picture1 - sound1, 1.5 seconds later
picture2 - sound2, 2 seconds later
delay between picture and sound
??????
which is the reason
thank you very much

Re: delay between picture and sound (ProShow Producer 5)
I believe he's saying that his show runs fine while editing in Producer, but when he exports the video, the slides lose sync with the music.
lordchut, what format are you using to export your video?

Re: delay between picture and sound (ProShow Producer 5)
lordchut,
Could you please export your file as an avi to be viewed on your computer and see if you still have the issue? From what I'm reading your problem could be hardware related.
Also please see this thread:

Re: delay between picture and sound (ProShow Producer 5)
That specific problem was solved with Producer 5's newest update. Have you downloaded and installed it? If so, and if the mismatched picture and sound still occurred, you should write to Photodex to let them know.

You can also get some strange issues like that if the .pxc (cache file) gets corrupted. Deleting the showname.pxc (NOT the .psh file !! ) and letting Producer rebuild it can solve those issues. In this case, it does sound like the bug Barbara identified and updating to the latest version should solve it.
