Show won't open

Very weird.
Try to reinstall the program one more time. Make sure you run the installing file as administrator, if you are running Windows 7 or Vista.
Try the trick with the empty slide/show in the new installation and wait for all the styles to cache.
Then try to open your show again.

If this doesn't work, then, I think it's time to call Photodex support. :(

In the off chance i do have some .wmv transitions what would be the process to trouble shoot that?

If you bought Photodex' Transition Pack Vol. 1, then you do have transitions that are based on wmv video files.
For example - all the clouds transitions.
Most of the transitions from Choice Slides are also based on wmv video files.

Try one of those in a new show and see if this is the problem.

Nope tried the one's from transitions 1 and it seems fine.

Well, I can't think of anything else that may cause the problem.
I advise you to send your show to Photodex, as a problem report

In Producer go to:
Help > Get help with ProShow > Report a problem to Photodex
