avi file become black only when burning

Please - someone can tell me why when I create an ISO file for my project - there is a slide with an avi file: I have only audio but the movie is black.
The avi file is Divx 720x536. (time 00.00.28) and in the project (before burning) I see it perfectly.
In the some project I've another video file extract from the some film (time 00.00.18)...and this is good (only video no audio) when I create ISO..
I've apptented to change the slide, extract one, two. three movies of the some scene to see is not corrupted, chanded transitions...and everytime in project it is good.....but disappear when create ISO file.
I've Proshow Producer and it's going well, no problem.
Please if possible explain me like an abecedarian - you can see that I don't understand english very well, above all in technical language !!
