Checking for Upgrades problem
If I select 'Help' and then 'Check for Upgrades to DVD/Blu-ray/CD Support', Producer processes the request fine; BUT if I instead select 'Check for Upgrades', Producer immediately goes into limbo, and Windows Task Manager shows it is 'Not Responding', so the only way I can continue is to select 'End task'.
If I go back into the program and select 'Help' & then 'Report a Problem', the same fault occurs when I click to send my description of the fault - Producer goes into 'Not Responding' mode.
Has anyone else ever met this problem? It's admittedly only a minor inconvenience as I can check directly at the
Photodex site, but it would be interesting to know if there is a solution. Uninstalling and re-installing doesn't
help, and it is puzzling why the DVD/Blu-ray/CD support update works but not that to Producer itself.
