Having problem with VCD menu numbers

How do I change the order of the numbers assigned to the 5 shows on my menu slide?

The first time I created a VCD the 5 show titles appeared with numbers assigned in the correct order. But the next time I tried to make some "improvements" and somehow the show #1 was assigned the menu number 4. So when I burn a VCD and play it, I have to type "4" on the remote control to play my lead-in show.

How can I fix it?

I have not played with VCD's, however, they are not
supported very well in most players and their quality
is much less than a normal DVD. Considering the
cost of DVD burners these days and the fact that blank
CD-R media is almost the same price as decent DVD
media, I would seriously consider upgrading to doing
DVD's.
