How do you place an image of yourself in the forums?

I've seen others put up an image of themselves and I seem to be having trouble where to go to do the same thing. Many thanks to anyone with some insite. Richard...

You need to send a picture, not bigger than 100 x 100 pixels to Mike. He will add it to the 'avatar' gallery and you can then select it under 'Profile'.
