Adding a video (1.4Gb)

please help, does anyone know how long it should take to add a 14 minute video, albeit 1.4Gb, to a PSG show?
Seems to be stuck at 0% for ages!! What does PSG do to the file, presume it must be processing it or something. By the way this isn't being added wirelessly, the video is on the hard drive.
