Proshow Remote App- Stalled Video Rendering in ProGold V6

Proshow Remote App- Stalled Video Rendering in ProGold V6
Wondering if somebody can point me in the right direction...
Running proshow gold v6 on my PC, downloaded proshow remote to ipad mini, tried several times to publish my slideshow via proshow remote and every time the process hangs up after the show has been fully processed on the PC... some screen in proshow that says Video Rendering and you only options are to pause or cancel at that point. Something isn't shaking hands here...
Do I need to download the $19.95 Ipad plug in and go that route instead? For example, proshow remote for the ipad wasn't intended for what I was trying to accomplish?
I checked to see if I was running the latest version of proshow gold and I am... stuck. I've got video clips along with still photos in my slideshow and was wondering the video clips is screwing things up with proshow remote.

I don't have any iOS devices. But here's a page of FAQ related to that new feature on the Photodex site you can read:

Since it's a new feature and it doesn't look like very many people have used it yet that can answer your question, it wouldn't hurt to contact Photodex by phone or email with your questions. Their customer support is usually good about helping users with their problems.
