Pro Show Gold.

Hello all

I have been a registered and owner of Pro Show Gold for many years now. However, when I try to use the software tonight, it says that my "trial period" has expired. I have re-submitted my product verification code, and it still does not recognize me as a valid owner-user.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, and how did you resolve it?

Perhaps the registration that you entered is not exactly the same that was sent to you. Might be a small typo or just a space.
You can view your products and registration numbers if you log into Photodex site here
http://kb.photodex.com/
Go to Downloads and Registrations > Your Products

Also, you may wish to reinstall the program, using the last version that is available to you. You can re-download the setup from the same place that I mentioned above.

If none of this helps, then you'll have to call Photodex. They have a 24/7 service.
